Headline One is run by Dominion Ojeli. This page explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

The Briefing: your email address, so we can send you the weekly round-up and tell you about new episodes.

The Pulse: the topic you vote for, and any topic you type in. We don't ask for your name or email to vote.

Got a story? the story or question you send and, if you choose to give it, your first name. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or carer to send it for you.

Saved stories: stories you bookmark are stored only in your own browser. They never reach us.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

News and photos on this site

Headlines come from BBC News, The Guardian and Sky News, and selecting one takes you to that newsroom's website, which has its own privacy policy. Photos load from Unsplash.
